2010 Legislative Update – The Federal Health Reform Law and the Shaping of Health Reform in Rhode Island 

With the recent enactment of the Federal health reform law and the number of health reform measures pending in the RI General Assembly, it is important for you to be aware of the timeline for health reform changes that will impact employers and health care consumers in Rhode Island.
