  • Measuring the ROI of Your Wellness Program– Learn how to structure and measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of your wellness program. Presented by Debra Lerner, MS, Ph.D.,Director, Program in Health, Work & Productivity and Senior Scientist at the Institute for Clinical Research & Health Policy Studies at Tufts Medical Center Institute
  • Keys to Successful Employee Engagement-Helene Macedo, President of UNAP at Rhode Island Hospital, will share best practices for collaborating with union leadership to increase engagement of union employees in wellness programs and the lessons learned
  • Renee Aloisio, Director of Internal Operations for Lefkowitz, Garfinkel, Champi & DeRienzo, will share the innovative engagement strategies used by her organization that resulted in the receipt of the Governor’s Award for Wellness Innovation.
