We thank outgoing President of RIBGH Ms. Kyle Adamonis for providing leadership during the first 2.5 years and launch of RIBGH! Kyle is Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and Legal at Taco Inc. On behalf of our board and membership, thank you for your service Kyle!
We are pleased to announce the new President of RIBGH is J. Michael Vittoria, Director of Human Resources of Sperian Protection USA. Mike has over twenty-five years of Human Resources management experience with organizations of all sizes. Since 1997 he has been Director of Human Resources for Sperian Protection (formerly Bacou-Dalloz), the world's leading provider of Personal Protective Equipment for the safety of workers, firefighters and other first responders. Mr. Vittoria received a BS in Business Administration from Marquette University, an MBA from Providence College and a JD from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Society for Human Resources Management and chaired the Finance Committee of the Rhode Island Business Group on Health during 2007. Mike is a frequent speaker on the topic of Consumer Driven Health Plans, his recent article titled "A Step-by-Step Approach to Introducing Health Savings Accounts" was published in the September 2007 edition of Benefits & Compensation Digest and is on the RIBGH web site.

The RIBGH board has agreed to modify the names of committees, with the hope of more of our members becoming active in our committees, even reaching deeper inside your organizations to encourage others with talent specific to our new committees to "get involved"!:
