Now that employers have weathered the initial shock from the COVID-19 shutdown, many are grappling with how to keep their employees healthy and safe as they return to work. At the same time, business leaders are struggling to understand the cost impact of COVID-19 to their employee benefit plans, both in the short-term and on future renewals.
